A nice pond within office buildings. It's soothing to look at, especially from the top. There are japanese carps swimming in the pond. Believe this is maintained by the building management.
Not many of the office workers drop by to relax, probably due to the hot weather and the lack of chairs or benches.
Maybe the purpose of having this feature is to enhance Feng Shui rather than recreational. According to Feng Shui, water is wealth. By pooling the water, I guess the purpose is to accumulate wealth.
Have you done any changes to your home with accordance to Feng Shui?

I love this beautiful area within office buildings. I also try and follow Feng Shui as much as possible. Sleep with my head to north, my desk faces east - the only thing wrong in my house is where the loo is - and that's where the money runs away - apparently.
the bird view angle looks nice. i'm sure it would be relaxing to just sit by the pool after lunch break ... office complexes need more places like this to help workers refresh.
First, my apologies for a bit of cut and paste commenting. I have been doing the rounds via Bloglines and looking at all the pictures from my favourite photo blogs, but haven’t been leaving comments. Generally, I try to comment as much as I can (I know how good it is for ‘morale’ to know that someone is out there appreciating them), but after the birth of my second son, I am a bit knackered to think up something witty and insightful on the hop. Thus the resort to Control+C and Control+P!

It would be a fantastic view from the office-even better if you could go down and enjoy it.
I'm not a feng shui follower, though that doesn't mean I don't believe it to be true! This garden is lovely. Nice ariel photo :)
