Cheap eats

Spotted this at a mamak restaurant. There are several colleges nearby, students make up majority of their customers base. The meal I guess will just consist of rice + veggie, not sure if any chicken or drinks are included. Nevertheless RM 3 per meal.. it's just USD 0.88. Guess all the foreign students will be amazed..
